Shipping

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once the parcel is received by the carrier, we will update you with tracking information.

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address on an order, please contact us at hello+support@starcrafts.io and include your new shipping address. Once the order has shipped, we will no longer be able to alter the destination address.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit

If you suspect your parcel has been lost in transit, please send a message to hello+support@starcrafts.io so we can investigate.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement at no charge.


Returns

Eligibility

If items in your order are faulty or missing, we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion.

If you've simply changed your mind about a piece and would like to return it, we will refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Items must be undamaged and in new condition to be eligible for return.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. After 30 days from the date of purchase, you will no longer be eligible for a return.

Return Process

Only orders that meet the eligibility requirements listed above will be authorized for return.

To start the return process, email hello+support@starcrafts.io with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The issue 

  • Photo of the defect or damage

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. After 30 days from the date of purchase, you will no longer be eligible for a return.
